Locked out of MacBook 11.1 due to security profile from DISA STIG requiring smart card authentication

I recently applied the DISA STIG for macOS 11.1 to my work MacBook Pro and I have fully locked myself out of all accounts. The STIG comes in the form of security profiles that are easily applied through System Preferences. They can be found here: https://dl.dod.cyber.mil/wp-content/uploads/stigs/zip/U_Apple_macOS_11_V1R1_STIG.zip Upon closer inspection, it appears that one of the profiles makes smart card authentication mandatory and is certainly the cause of me now being locked out. The previously installed version of the macOS STIG didn't have this particular profile so nobody thought to scrutinize them. I don't hold out much hope that I can get around this security measure but I'll ask the community before I resort to a reinstall of the OS. I've checked the office and there are no Time Machine backups. This is only my second week in this job, I'm not very familiar with macOS so fire away.
