This has just started popping up on the main screen of my iPhone. Have not clicked on either of the two options. Has anyone seen this before? Please advise.

Yes, it’s a friendly notification that an app is using your location to track you. You can choose either option. If you don’t want it to ever use your location go to Settings/Privacy/Location Services and disable it there.
