macbook pro overheating while in use

why does my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) get so hot while using. The fan holes in the back are not being blocked. There is no cover on on my laptop either.

Perform an SMC Reset.

Run the Apple Diagnostics.

To look for software issues run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
