iPhone not starting (iPhone 11)

Not a good start of the year 2021.

While using my iPhone, it suddenly blackout and not turning on. I contacted Apple Support but the resetting the unit didn't help and needs to visit an Apple Service Center to check my device. Now, I got lots of issues:

I am unable to use my eSIM mobile line as I need to visit the mobile carrier to provide me a Physical SIM

I am unable to synch my AW and need to reset it in order to pair to other device. All workouts, and activity will be reset and back to square 1

Due to pandemic, I am unable to visit the service center immediately and wait for my appointment date to came (wait for 1 week).

Good quality phone but if it fails, your busted. Trying to survive on this self-crisis
