Deleted messages from iPhone

I accidentally deleted a message from my iPhone 11 Pro. I didn't know my iCloud wasn't backing up my messages. However my mac still has the whole conversation. Is there any safe way I can sync or transfer that message back to my iPhone. I already turned on the message on my iCloud but nothing happened. Thank you!

If you have deleted a message from the iPhone and had turned on Messages in iCloud then then it will be soon gone from Mac too.

iCloud backup doesn’t include information that is synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice MemosMessages*, shared photosiCloud Photos*, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive.

*-If you had turned on Messages in iCloudiCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud.
