If you are in the US then that time frame is unusually long. iPhone 12 models are readily available now and have been since mid-December. If your status is still pending then I recommend that you contact ➔ Apple Support

As Axel has said, ordering through your carrier is dependent on the carrier and their allocations. I just went to the Apple website and went through the motions of ordering an iPhone 12 Pro. Seems there are some issues, as the delivery date for a standard iPhone 12 Pro is already into the first week of February.

You will have to inquire with your carrier as to when to expect your iPhone. In the future, your best bet would be to make your order online directly from Apple.

When you ordered your phone from Apple online, you would have received a confirmation email with an expected delivery date. What was that date? My guess is that you are still within that time period. Demand is higher than they are able to have produced. Watch for an update email when your order has changed to shipped.

OK so, in your case, there is T-Mobile involved. My response above had the assumption that you had ordered your iPhone directly from Apple. The correct answer from me, therefore, is that I do not know how long it takes to get a new iPhone when it is ordered through a carrier (T-Mobile). You have shown tremendous amount of patience compared to me. Hope you get your iPhone soon.
