Mail Format issues

I have set my auto text entries for my routine emails. The problem is not whenever such emails are sent, it doesn't display correctly on recipient webmail or outlook. The problem is severe where indents are use (tab). They displayed either a single space or no space. Please advise how to fix this problem. This problem doesn't relates to specific OS but of Mac Mail per se. Previously, had problem of font displayed on other PC user but in the end I choose arial font to fix the issue.

Issue with fonts on my Mac (in mail app) Hello, since I ran Ccleaner on my Mac (because of storage issue), my fonts seems to be removed. Now, I'm unable to write an email on the apple's app "mail". I can write text but this text has no font applied so the text looks corrupted. Of course, I searched on forums and so on, I didn't find anyone who have had the same issue. Email sent from Outlook not formated properly, any help? I am using MacBook Pro, and have installed outlook apps, but all emails sent from an outlook email client, are not formatted properly. I formated upon creating an email but when the email is sent, all sent messages appear without a paragraph. Are there any options to rid of this issue? Appreciate your help.
