Hello, since I ran Ccleaner on my Mac (because of storage issue), my fonts seems to be removed.
Now, I'm unable to write an email on the apple's app "mail". I can write text but this text has no font applied so the text looks corrupted.
Of course, I searched on forums and so on, I didn't find anyone who have had the same issue.

Please post a screen shot of what you are seeing.
The first thing to try is to open the Font Book app and and File > Restore Standard Fonts
My bad ...
Everything is fine now, I just had to remove the corrupted font on the app preferences to the new one that was restored.

This is what I got when I write a single text in mail.
I also tried to restore to standard fonts, and it didn't work. Actually, it displays a message that the job was done but nothing changed.
