Apple pencil 2nd gen makes random lines on iPad Pro 2020 while writing AND screen sharing

Regardless of the writing app, whenever I start screen sharing (say, via Zoom), random glitches and lines appear. If I don’t make screen sharing (or recording), writing becomes stable. There seems to be a sync issue with screen capturing while active pen-writing digitizer. Unfortunately, screen casting is the ONLY time when I use writing apps (OneNote, notability, etc.), therefore this bug is very annoying.

Note, the issue has nothing to do with pen defects, screen protectors, simultaneous charging, software updates, etc. This is certainly a screen capture-digitizer sync issue.
