Citrix Viewer quit unexpectedly > Crashed Thread: 0 1 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread

Lately I've been experiencing crashes for Citrix Viewer.

I've included my latest console crash log for the Citrix client. While I know where to find this log, I don't have sufficient knowledge in pinpointing what is causing this.


I'm reaching out to the community, hoping to find a solution.


My device is a MacBook Air 9,1 running macOS Big Sur, Citrix is also updated to the latest available version (20.12.0.3)


Any help and/or guidance would be highly appreciated !

We understand that app Citrix Viewer is unexpectedly quitting on your MacBook Air that is currently running macOS Big Sur. We have some steps that can help isolate what might be going on with your MacBook Air and Citrix Viewer. You can do this by first restarting to see if that helps: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac


If the issue continues, you can try testing in a new test user and in safe mode, which can help isolate this further:
