viewing shared content through Webex

We use WebEx and Teams to share training content with internal and external users. We have discovered that when sharing content and screens in Chrome or Safari that our mac users are often experiencing lagging in their view, a black screen and/or absence of audio when the facilitators are changing what they are sharing. Is anyone else experiencing this?
