I received a phone call but when answering it’s disconnected immediately? Why -?

It sounds like when you receive certain calls your phone will disconnect right away. Does this happen with only specific contacts/numbers, or is it random? Do you know if these are cellular calls or FaceTime audio/other VoIP calls made with third party apps? Does this happen fairly consistently or only when you're in a specific area?

Do you have Wi-Fi calling enabled on your device?
