Ending a call
I am unable to end a phone call on my iPhone 11. The button remains green and the call stays connected. Why won’t it hang up?

If it were me, the first thing I'd do would be to contact my carrier. You may have to be a bit persistent. Even if you select the options for "tech support", the first person you'll get will be a customer service rep with a handbook and a bit more training. If they can't help you, politely, but firmly, ask for the next level of support.

Thanks. Yes, I’ve tried to end calls by pressing the button on the right side of the phone... the call does not end. A phone call will only end when the receiver times out or their voicemail gives the end of recording warning. I have even tried a soft reset to no avail. The phone call simply freezes and will not end from my phone.
What happens if you tap the power button?
Which button (where) are you referring to?
The button on the right side of your phone.
Thank you. I’ll follow up on that!
