Cellular Update Failed error message after updating to iOS 14.3?

I recently started getting a Cellular Update Failed message on my new iPhone 7. Incidentally, I started getting these errors maybe a week or so after updating to iOS 14.3. Has anybody else seen this problem? I’ve had intermittent luck rebooting my phone and/or removing and replacing the SIM card. I went to the T-Mobile/Sprint Store and they said they’ve never seen this problem before. They replaced the SIM card and rebooted my phone, which temporarily fixed the issue, but a few hours later I was getting the same error message again. I don’t have any carrier updates to install. Any other suggestions?

Yes, I have this exact issue, which only started after updating to iOS 14.3, and after seeing others' posts, I realize it is not a hardware issue with the phone but a software issue resulting from the update. When the phone is turned off and then on, most of the time, it resets and service is restored but only temporarily. Sometimes, it is restored for hours. Other times, the problem recurs very shortly thereafter. Apple, can you provide a new update soon and/or a fix to this issue?
