Yes, I have this exact same problem, right after installing iOS 14.3. My Mac OS is 11.0.1. Apple support says to reinstall iOS 14.3 by Command-clicking "Check for Update" on the Finder window for my phone. But it won't reinstall; it just tells me I'm up-to-date. Help! I can't use my phone for calls or messages.

Yes, I have this exact issue, which only started after updating to iOS 14.3, and after seeing others' posts, I realize it is not a hardware issue with the phone but a software issue resulting from the update. When the phone is turned off and then on, most of the time, it resets and service is restored but only temporarily. Sometimes, it is restored for hours. Other times, the problem recurs very shortly thereafter. Apple, can you provide a new update soon and/or a fix to this issue?

Having the same issue here after updating to 14.3. Also cannot update through Finder (it says I’m up-to date, cheers :/ ).
