Turning off passcode
On my Apple Watch series 3, I am forced to have a passcode. It will not allow me to turn off the passcode, as the button to do so is greyed out. How do I fix this so I can turn off the passcode?

Go to the Watch app on the iPhone and turn it off there. Understand without a passcode on the Watch, there are some features that you cannot use.
