Whenever I try to play any video on Safari it just shows a blank black screen, even if I play the video in full screen it would do the same thing, I could hear the audio but cant see anything. The same issue occurs if I play videos on other browsers e.g. Google Chrome. This issue doesn’t happen if I play videos on Netflix or YouTube, videos work perfectly on those applications. How could I possibly fix this issue on an iPhone 7.

Two things to try...
A. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
Clear your Temporary Internet Files (Cookies & Cache) of Safari. Do the same for your other browsers (Use the Help menu on Google Chrome to find out how to clear it all).

And...
B. Try Updating your iPhone.

1. Backup First: Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer
