I would like to reset my password to iPhone. somehow it was changed

I have a new iPhone and somehow when transferred over the data from my old phone to my new phone, my log in or access number to my old iPhone changed

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.

also the phone is registered in my mac but i can find out how to reset it from my computer either
