Family Sharing

Question

I have purchased an app and would like other members if my family to be able to use.

I see that the app says up to 6 people can use under Family Sharing.....but when the family member goes to download they are being asked to pay?

any suggestions?

Have you set up family sharing? Have you invited family members? And have they accepted the invitation?

(Bear in mind also that any family purchases will be charged to the family organiser)
