Was the emergency broadcast system turned off with the 14.3 update?

Mine is still at 14.2 and doesn’t have that option on iPad either. Maybe it is a phone only feature
I understand you copied it, however, an asterisk refers the reader to a source.
My iPad HAS cell service and iOS 14.3 and does Not have that option as my iPhn 12 has on it !
So.... just turn it back on.
It would be a nice option for the iPad, sometimes I go iPad only on the go;)
