Missing account option in iPad settings

Hi, my sister is having problems with her email on iPad, I have been looking in the settings menu, after clicking on mail, there is no option for accounts on the right of screen?

it has me baffled, any suggestions welcome 🙏

If you're not seeing the Accounts option in Settings, head to Settings > About and check for any profiles or device management that may be causing this.
