Show this to Apple:

I would start by contacting Apple Support. These are user-to-user forums. No one here has access to your account (and that is a good thing, BTW). So, call Apple Support, asking the Apple Rep to assist you with getting payments to go through. While on the phone, consider screensharing to show them what is going on here. If necessary, contact your financial institution(i.e. bank).

Use these Methods to Show them:

Contact Apple Support:

For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Support. These are user-to-user forums. We are not Apple.  Apple barely reads these site on their own time, as it is. So, talking to Apple, they will see this from their side, and will run you through the fix. Here is the information for contacting Apple Support:

Apple Phone Support:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

I want to increase storage from 50 GB to 200.

The system is so complicated in spite trying several times. It should be very simple and should not be too too difficult to access the services.

The current system not user friendly.

Please update I cloud storage into 200GB.

thank you
