i can’t get my AirPods to work properly. They connect but won’t play the music through them. I’ve tried them with other phones and it’s the same. They have worked twice, I’ve even unpaired etc! Any help

If they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
If no help, try a full reset:
