Camera option does not appear in notes

We understand that there's no camera icon within the Notes app on your iPhone, and we'd be happy to help. To start, can you tell us if you're able to use the Camera app itself without any issue? If the Camera app doesn't work, or is also missing, we recommend that you check for any restrictions. Please reference the "Allow built-in apps and features" section of the following resource: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

We'd also like to have you check for any profiles that may have been installed on your iPhone. You can find this information by going into Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management.
