Powerbeats pro not connecting

Has anyone been having any issues with their powerbeats pro? When I put mine on, I hear the automatic connection chime but no music. The music plays from my iPhone and I can control the volume and skipping tracks through my powerbeats. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone X, forgetting the device, turning my Bluetooth on and off and nothing. I’ve tried this with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and nothing.

help!
