Right AirPods isn't charging

My right earpod isn’t charging, when I put it in the case it’s actually draining the battery of the case is closed but just for right one and if the case is closed the left one isn’t charging. Did anyone had this problem? I restarted them sveral times , they are connecting with the phone but there is no notification when it’s connected and most of the time when I put them in their case they aren’t disconnecting.
