Ring in the new year Challenge

I completed my rings for over a week now, but I still haven't gotten the "ring in the new year" challenge. Is this a bug?

Earn Activity awards using your Apple Watch - Apple Support

It may take up to 9 days of completing the Activity Challenge to earn the award.


Also, the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

This sometimes "speeds up" the process.
