iPhone 11 Cellular Issues

Has anyone been able to get Apple to replace their iPhone 11 with another model because of cellular connectivity problems? I am travelled 60 miles tomorrow to get in with an Apple designated Best Buy tech to look at my phone. This is 2 days before12 month warranty runs out. Shut downs of genius bars and other Best Buys in my area have made it very difficult to have someone look at my phone. I have little confidence it will be fixed by time warranty by expires.
