Apple id is locked

My iphone get locked while updating to ios 14. Previously it was connected with some other apple id. Now its showing some other apple id to login. I have tried calling apple support many time but no response form there side. Can somebody guide me through if there is any email thorugh which I can contact apple support. Many thanks in advance

if apple id is yours, then proceed with this guide, if not - then you need to get in touch with owner of that apple id in order to unlink device from his/her apple id.
