My iPhone 11 pro max was stolen yesterday. Last time i use Find My Phone and located it but it instantly offline. Now my iPhone 11 pro max was disappeared from my devices (I already lock my phone). Anybody can help me in this situation?

I assume your new phone had the same phone number as the old phone, so they just had to text you at the number of the stolen phone. You cannot lock the phone, but you can ask your carrier to blacklist the IMEI. That will prevent the phone from being used anywhere that subscribes to the blacklisting service. However, not all carriers do, and professional thieves know all the places that don’t.
If you haven’t yet you should go to https://appleid.apple.com and change your password. However, as the thief had access to your Apple ID they may have changed the password, and the certainly downloaded all of the information in your iCloud account. Without the Apple ID and password the device cannot be removed.
If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.
OK, the thief send you a message asking for your Apple ID password. The thief was then able to use this to disable Find My. So you were scammed.
100% im sure with you, i didnt recived any measeage from anybody,my setting ask me login with my apple id on my new iphone but my password have changed (i dont know why) then i take it back but my iphone gone. Im sure the thief is a stranger and they dont know my name too

How can they do that from setting of my new iphone. Anyway, could i lock my iphone with imei serial?
