Cannot access Font after upgrade MacOS to BigSur

Hi,

I just update my Mac book to BigSur and I got an issue that my website (run locally) cannot access the font. It displays an error as below.

Unable to load font file: file:/System/Library/Fonts/AppleSDGothicNeo.ttc. Reason: java.io.IOException: 'loca' table not found, happens when the font file doesn't contain TrueType outlines (trying to read an OpenType CFF font maybe?)

I have checked on the font directory and it still complains about the permission. Please advise.
