Multiple iPhones on a HomePod Mini

I can only connect one phone at a time to my new HomePod Mini. I briefly saw something about my wifi not supporting all of the functions, but now I can't find that message. Any ideas of what is wrong with my wifi settings?

A HomePod is connected to an Apple HomeKit home, which in turn is associated with a particular Apple ID. See Share control of your home - Apple Support to allow multiple users to control your HomeKit accessories and Use multiuser on HomePod - Apple Support. You can also configure HomePod to allow AirPlay from those sharing your home, anyone connected to your Wi-Fi network, or anyone in range of the device. See Allow others to control audio on HomePod for details.
