the trackpad of my new MacBook Pro is not working properly, what should I do?

If it is brand new you have a limited 14-days to return for a full refund or exchange for one that works out of the box

Call Customer Support (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753)



If you are past that, it would be good to know what exact Mac, and what exactly is not working properly—


Have you made any adjustment to make the trackpad work for you better?
