Maildrop stopped working months ago

I've been having an ongoing case with Apple with my Maildrop no longer working, this has gone on since July 2020. I'm running Catalina on my iMac and MacBook Air

They said it's likely to be a problem on the Apple Cloud Servers and would be fixed in due course and still no change

Has anyone else had this issue?

Mail on Ventura 13.0 cannot search I am using the new custom domain feature in cloud mail. I have approx 800 emails and can search perfectly on my iPad, iPhone and online at icloud.com yet when I'm in the Mail app, i type a simple search phrase, and no results are found. It won't even find a word in the most recently received email. I have rebuild mailbox resynced deleted envelope files checked all settings in spotlight run rebuild scripts in terminal rebooted endless times using MBP M1 It seems to be a common issue and one that Apple as usual are ignoring - i see posts in the community going back over a year on this issue. It would appear you cannot even log a support ticket for icloud - despite paying close to £30 a month for it. Any ideas, anyone?

missing scheduled send later mails in the sent folder How can I check that a send later scheduled mail has actually been sent? I have started using the send later feature on my apple mails. I schedule a mail to be sent on a later date. I can see the mail in the "send later" folder i.e. all looks okay. I ensure my macbook is up and running and the internet is available at the time the mail should be sent. (Although I expect anyway that the mail should still be sent as soon as I boot up my macbook or make internet available should that be the case). In this case the internet is available and the macbook is running at the schedule send time. When I check after the scheduled date and time I can see that the scheduled mail is no longer in the "send later" folder. So it appears as if it has been sent. However I cannot see the mail in the "sent" folder. Why? Is there somewhere else I should be looking? Is the mail really sent? Please help. Thanks. I am using a Macbook pro 13" M1 2020 and MacOs Ventura 13.0.1.
