How much it will cost me to upgrade my hard disk of my MacBook Air 13-inch 2019, from 128 GB to 512GB or 1TB and if i will upgrade should i increase the RAM too !?

Neither the SSD nor the RAM are upgradable after purchase on a 2019 MacBook Air.
