I had my phone outside when we were playing in the snow and it got wet and now my sound won’t work. How could I fix this?

1) Let it dry out. It may work for awhile afterwards
2) For sound issues, start here: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
3) Ultimately, the phone likely has water damage and will need to be replaced at some point in the future. See this link for how to check:
