Error 14

Iphone 7 128gb, full storage.

After deleting apps and freeing 2gb space, some apps were still hanging. Shut it down and it would not restart. Tried to update with itunes and got ERROR 14. The phone is now stuck on the restore iPhone screen.

Any solutions out there yet?

Do these third party softwares like stellar, reiboot, 3utools work?

Can the iPhone be opened and data from the NAND physically extracted?

Data was not backed up, desperately need it.

Any help would be great
