Where is this app? Too many choices in app store

Tying to find correct app called Apple Health so i can synch my iWatch with my Garmin. Too many app choices but not finding the correct one. Help?

Health is an app that comes pre-installed on your iPhone. It cannot be removed so, it's there somewhere.

Try searching for it:

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Apple Health is a built in app. It is already on your phone.

The Health App is built in to the iPhone and cannot be deleted, as such its not available in the App Store. You can use Spotlight search on your iPhone to find it.

Or look for the white icon with the read heart:

Thank you so much. My iWatch isn’t water resistant so I wear a Garmin in the pool. Hasn’t been easy to synch between them. Thank you!
