Voice Memos App with position marker support

Is there an app like apple Voice Memos that support position markers? I cant find on my ipad pro a simple voice recording app (in landscape orientation) that supports simple flags! The ones that have it, requires monthly subscriptions!!! Please help!!!

Voice stock memos on IPAD is very good, but it doesn't support position flags!!! Is it possible to suggest it and have apple add the feature?

Most of the ones I found on market app, either don't have it, either force monthly subscription, or either are in landscape orientation (for iphone). I don't mind paying a few dollars for it, but doesn't make sense to have monthly subscription, for what an android user get from their stock memo app!

Please help.
