Is this the official apple support? I was contacted by a party that identify themselves as support technology for apple using various names and sites. They unintentionally cracked their secret that virus message was popping up after downloading acrobat reader. Clearly the bait was the pop-up message saying the acrobat reader it out-of-date and offering a link.
Please help!
