Macbook air wont show true tone

Hi y'all. I recently realized that when I go into settings, the tire tone check box won't show up. Can some one give me some pointers?

Andrew_________Ski Since you currently own a 2018 MacBook Air, the 2018 MacBook Air doesn't support True Tone at all.

Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Displays. Click the Display tab. Use the True Tone checkbox to turn this feature on or off. It appears only on displays that support True Tone.
