True Tone Problem - Keep changing color temperatures

I'm on MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019), Big Sur 11.5.1. Dual GPU, Touch Bar model

True Tone always changing by itself. From blue-ish to warmer yellow-ish constantly in split second, sometimes jumping, sometimes slowly fades

I have my Automatic adjust brightness and True Tone On. Normal lit room condition. Never have this issue before updating to 11.5.1. Anyone encounter this issue before? How to solve it?

Thanks

Hi Thanks for your reply. I did try to turn off True Tone but i don't like it. It's too blue-ish like old model screen. I'm doing Video Editing works so this might affect my work and the white colors are too strong.
But when i use my macbook in the dark this issue doesn't appear. I'm afraid something's wrong with the internal sensors
