Damaged/broken screen. Cannot back up to itunes and use new phone.

I have a damaged phone. I am trying to connect to itunes so that I can back up all info and transfer to the new (used) phone. I am unable to see anything come up on the itunes screen for my damaged phone. How do I get my stuff from the damaged phone?

Hello,

Start here:

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

Otherwise, you probably have an iCloud backup, correct?

iCloud: Restore or set up your iOS device from iCloud

In summary, your methods to transfer your data from your old phone to the new one are here:

Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Good luck.
