Apple Music is skipping songs and cloud sync not working (error -9810)

Every time I try to sync my library returns an error:

"Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (-9810)."


Does anybody know what this error refers to and how it could be possibly sovled?

Well, after some research and tinkering with some settings I found out that Kaspersky Internet Security antivirus was a reason of this problem.


I did not expect that and resolved the problem by completely uninstalling it from the system.
