Overheating of MacBook Pro

After upgrading to macOS Big Sur, my MacBook Pro (late 2013) gets overheated with internal fans operating almost continuously. The only application running is Safari or Microsoft Outlook

Is there a fix from Apple? URGENT PLEASE

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/ Optimizers/ Anti-Virus/ VPN



Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures
