projects on clips app won't download from icloud "cannot download"

After updated the Clips App on my iPhone, all of my projects got saved onto iCloud... now the projects won’t download from iCloud! I keep getting an error that says “cannot download”

how do you fix this so I can access my projects?

However, I can’t download any of the files using my iPhone - clicking it to start a download just gives me a loading image with text saying “Waiting”. Imovie-videos being downloaded from iCloud I created a movie in imovie but I can’t save the project. It says: “ Some of the videos in this project are being downloaded from the iCloud “ How could I fix this please? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I get this message: To create a Photos project, download a Project Extension from the App store. There are a million apps, what do I download??
