How to report an Apple website?

Hi, https://mfi.apple.com/account/accessory-search this website where I can check MFI autohrized manufacturers of apple accesories is nto working beacuse any brand shows results. For example, I know that Belkin is authorized, however it does not show results. How can I report this to Apple to get a fix?
