Attempting to request Apple Pay Decals
I have tried on multiple browsers and devices to request a set of Apple Pay Decals, but the Submit button never works no matter how many times i try and verify i'm not a robot

This is a user to user forum. We do not have access to websites to fix them. You will just have to wait if after clearing your browser history and cache it still will not work.
