Apple ID keep receiving 2FA codes unrequested.

it keeps on sending me Apple ID verification codes and keeps calling me but I haven’t pressed anything, idk if someone’s trying to get into my Apple ID

Verification Codes I keep receiving apple id verification codes sent via text message. I have 2FA set up with my trusted phone number. However, I am getting them constantly when i haven't requested them. Every time this happens I check my trusted devices list and have changed my password more times than I can count to make sure my account is secure. The password used is unique and not used on any other sites. There is no other information on the text other than “Your Apple ID Verification Code is: XXXXXX” There are two numbers that keep sending these apparent apple ID codes over and over. I have contacted apple support via chat and discussed this issue and they couldn't really provide much help other than to change my email and password associated with my apple account, which i did, but it still keeps happening. I guess my question is, is anyone else receiving these and what can i do to stop it?

I'm not getting any verification code from Apple I click download app and it asks me for my apple id, after that it tells me that it has to verify 2FA and it sends a verification code to my number but im not getting any code and i put my exact number there, i put my phone number everywhere and its literally my number but i m just not getting a phone call or a text message, i also can t update apps and i recently changed my apple id because i logged out of my old one and i couldn t get back in becuase it used my old phone number that i do not own anymore, please help [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Not receiving 2FA codes from anyone Apple seems to leap to the assumption that this question - asked many times by others - relates to the 2FA code needed for the Apple ID. It does not. Verification codes from any site do not arrive. iPhone 12, 2 years old. There's no way around it when a site wants me to enter a code to set-up an account and the code never arrives. Come on Apple, get off you butts and answer these dozens, if not hundreds of identical questions going back 2+ years!

Someone may be trying to sign your Apple ID, which would generate the request for a verification code. Since you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, as long as they can't access one of your trusted devices, they can't get a code, and sign in. You should be okay.
