iTunes purchase

If i see a receipt in my purchase history for a text tone then go to the app store and see i have to buy it again, what’s happening here?

Purchase history I bought some diamonds from my game Hay day they keep telling me to send a receipt I showed the one that as on my purchase list and my bank statement showing they took it out they keep telling me that’s not enough go to settings then go to apple and I tunes I don’t have that it shows purchases but it’s what I already sent I’m using apple tablet does anyone know where I might find this info there asking if not I’m out about $50

I want to see the receipt of my purchase I purchased from game app and didn’t receive the items. They asking me for the receipt of my purchase but I can’t find it. I Only saw the purchase history

If it's a text tone you are going to Settings > Sounds & Haptics : Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support ?
