water in charger port
an apple support article suggested i shouldn’t use rice or a cotton swab to dry it. How can i dry it faster my phone is going to die soon?

It says don't insert anything. You could perhaps hold a piece of tissue or paper towel flush with the opening so if there is any water just inside it might help it wick out. Hold it upright so any water can run out.
